This Purchase Contract concerns buying Fine art as physical item(s) such as painting(s) or physical visual artifact(s), ONLY.

For buying Downloadable items such as digital photos (or other digital artifacts/ items), you do not need to sign the Purchase Contract separately. At the Shop checkout page, the relevant Terms and Conditions (short version), will need to be checked before placing the definitive order. The Terms and Conditions compulsory Checking when ordering online (at the checkout page) replaces any written or signed Purchase Contract, for digital items and downloads ONLY.

Fine art, Physical Products

Please fill this above Purchase Contract which is part of the General Terms and Conditions 2019 (Full version).

Then scan it and return it by land post or email to the Provider/ Seller’s address, duly dated and signed, to finalise your Contract with Kinokast/ Prosper Jerominus for purchasing Fine art, physical materials (e.g. Paper Prints, Paintings, e.g. physical visual artifacts or real products/ items).

Photos, Downloadable Products

All online virtual Products (Downloadable products/ materials or services) on the website includes signing the Terms and Conditions documentation electronically (Checking the box) as indicated on the Shop’s Checkout page and prior to clicking on the Button “Place the Order, Proceed to PayPal”, or “Continue the Payment”. Local VAT (GST)

We are required to collect VAT (GST) on all digital purchases made from customers in the EU. If you are a VAT registered business, VAT will be deducted once a valid VAT number has been entered.

All Prices displayed on the website Kinokast.org are including your local VAT (GST) when not mentioned otherwise. The VAT will be calculated according to your Country of Purchase specific Rate after you completed your online Order and given your Country of Purchase’s name (location). Therefore the Prices indicated in the Shop are VAT (GST) tax included and may differ from the final Price which will be billed to you at the end when your Country of Purchase is correctly filled in. 

For example the current VAT Rate in Germany is 19% (this comes included in the Prices indicated on the website when you are buying from Germany). Other Purchase Countries may have different VAT (GST) Rates (depending of your official Country of Purchase and Reduced Rate or Standard Rate).

Your final Purchase will always be effective after the Final Price including your local VAT (GST) for your particular Rate/ Country has been paid in full. The Final Price is only known automatically beforehand (and displayed accordingly) when your Country of Purchase is correctly selected. 

There is no Refund available before all funds including your applicable local VAT/ GST have been received by the Provider/ Seller.

Additionally, please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions (Short version) and  Full version , and date and sign and send us the  Contract of Purchase  before placing your online order (and full payment) at checkout.
