Orange facade, green towers, big bull eye windows. Orange die Fassade, die Ecken abgerundet, grüne Türen mit großen Bullaugen-Fenster – das Diesterweg-Gymnasium im Brunnenviertel ist ein markantes Bauwerk der Nachkriegsmoderne und einzigartig in Berlin. Es entstand von 1974 bis 1977 nach einem Entwurf der Architekten Pysall, Jensen & Stahrenberg. Nicht nur die Gestaltung des dreigeschossigen Gebäudes war futuristisch, auch das Nutzungskonzept war experimentell.
