Your European VAT (GST) Tax Rates for Art

Final Prices billed to you will be including your local VAT (GST) taxes and may therefore differ from the Price you have seen indicated for the item(s) in the Shop (all Shop Prices are VAT/ GST tax excluded). Your VAT/ GST tax will be calculated after ordering your item(s). But there is still a way to know hoe much the Purchase will cost you. Read more below.

All local VAT (GST) is excluded and is calculated according to your Country of Purchase specific Rate. Therefore the Price indicated in the Shop is always VAT (GST) tax excluded and many differ from the final Price which will be billed to you.
For example the current VAT Rate in Germany is 19% (above the Price indicated on the website). Other Purchase Countries may have different VAT (GST) Rates (21%, more or less depending of your official Country of Purchase and Reduced Rate or Standard Rate). Your final Purchase will always be processed at the Final Price including your local VAT (GST) for your particular Rate. The Final Price is therefore not known automatically beforehand.
As a Rule of thumb, count about an extra 20% on top of your Price indicated per item in the Shop’s Checkout page (when Standard Rate applies). Please check if you are entitled to apply a Reduced Rate, this will make the Purchase much cheaper (European Reduced VAT Rates are typically about 6% instead of 20% for the Standard Rate).
The applicable VAT (GST) tax will be billed to you consequently and needs to be received by the Seller in Full to complete the Full Payment for your item’s Purchase. There is no Refund available (yet) before all funds including applicable VAT/ GST have been received by the Seller.
